My name is Tanya, and I will be your personal baker. 

Some back story on how I decided to give sugar free baking a go. Going on 2 years ago my husband and I were struggling with our health (nothing life threatening) and were just not feeling the best about what we were seeing in the mirror. So, after some long talks and loads of research, we decided that it was in our best interest to find someone with the knowledge and background in nutrition that we had no clue about. After meeting with them and discussing the pros and cons of ALL food groups, sugar was the definitely the problem with us. 

Sugar was probably one of the hardest things to cut out, we LOVE our sweets! Nonetheless we did it, we pushed through the "detox" phase, wanting to throw in the towel one to many times, but we persevered. Now don't get me wrong, the cravings were definitely still there, and boy were they stronger than ever, although that doesn't mean we didn't sneak in a cookie (or two) during all this. That was when the light bulb lit and I thought, "I can make this but sugar free." 

After long days of trial and error, I found one of the best ways to make the classic treats 100% sugar free without having to sacrifice the delicious flavors.
